The classic stripe pattern gives the duvet an elegant, timeless look, while the satin cotton cover on both sides feels wonderfully soft and smooth against the skin. The generous 300 g/m² filling provides a warm and comfortable feel throughout the night.
Thanks to its special construction, there is no visible stitching across the sleeping surface. The stitching is only placed around the edges and in the corners, giving the duvet a beautifully smooth and refined finish.

What is satin cotton?
Satin cotton is cotton woven using a special technique that gives it an exceptionally soft, smooth feel and a subtle sheen. It feels almost silky against the skin while retaining the natural qualities of cotton.

What does seamless mean?
With a traditionally quilted duvet, the stitching is visible across the entire surface. Zelesta’s seamless finish uses a different construction. The stitching is only placed around the edges and in the corners, keeping the filling securely in place while leaving the sleeping surface free from visible stitching. The result? The look of a separate duvet cover, without the hassle of a loose cover around your duvet.

Washing instructions

To maximize the lifespan of your duvet, wash it at 40 °C and a spin speed of 800 rpm.
Washing regularly helps fight stains, dust mites, mould and bacteria. Air-dry the duvet or tumble dry it briefly, and make sure it is completely dry within 1 to 2 hours.

Check whether your washing machine is large enough for the duvet. Doesn't it fit? Then choose two smaller duvets.

Drying Instructions
Option 1: Air Drying
Hang the duvet in a well-ventilated spot and let it dry for 1–2 hours. This energy-efficient method helps reduce creases and keeps the filling fresh and airy.

Option 2: Tumble Drying
Use a short program at a low temperature. For the best result, take the duvet out of the dryer immediately after drying and gently fluff it up to restore its loft. Avoid over-drying, as too much heat can shorten the lifespan of the filling.

Warmth class

All Zelesta duvets have temperature-regulating filling, but they usually differ in thickness. We offer duvets for winter, summer, and year-round use, with different fill weights.

Heat classes 1–4 indicate how warm the duvet is: heat class 4 is the lightest and most suitable for summer, while heat class 1 is the warmest and ideal for winter.

Heat class 2
A heat class 2 duvet is a warm and comfortable option, ideal for winter and colder autumn nights. It provides more insulation than a year-round duvet, while still feeling pleasant and breathable. This makes it a good choice for cooler bedrooms or for sleepers who like extra warmth without choosing the heaviest winter duvet.

Of course, that depends on what you prefer when it comes to sleeping. Are you looking for maximum softness and luxury? Then our Deluxe satin cotton duvet is a great choice. Satin cotton is our softest cotton fabric, and the EcoCloud filling feels wonderfully soft and light, similar to down, but is machine washable.

How could I wash my Deluxe comforter without losing its luxurious look and softness?

It’s best to wash your Zelesta Deluxe at 30 °C and set the spin cycle to 800–1,000 rpm. Afterward, let the duvet air dry instead of using the dryer. Shake it out thoroughly after washing and hang it neatly on a clothesline or drying rack. This will help preserve the fabric, softness, and luxurious look for as long as possible.

Always follow the care instructions on the label of your Deluxe duvet, as these may vary depending on the material.

What is the difference between satin, percale, and muslin cotton in the Deluxe collection?

The main difference lies in how the fabrics feel and are woven. Satin cotton is our softest cotton fabric. Thanks to its special weave, it feels smooth and supple and has a subtle sheen.

Percale cotton, on the other hand, feels fresh, cool, and slightly crisp. It’s tightly woven, highly breathable, and is widely used for luxury hotel linens for good reason.

Mousseline cotton is airy, soft, and supple, with a distinctive, casual crinkled texture. You may recognize the fabric from muslin cloths or light summer blouses.

Which one is the nicest? That’s mainly a matter of personal preference.
